Summary

韩宝龙,博士,中国科学院生态环境研究中心城市与区域生态国家重点实验室副研究员,中国生态学学会副秘书长,斯坦福大学自然资本联盟中国科学院城市项目负责人。长期开展城市生态管理领域的研究工作,以生态系统服务价值评估与提升为核心,开展城市生态空间规划、城市生态保护与修复技术研究。北京市GEP地方标准第二完成人,深圳市GEP地方标准第二完成人,作为执行负责人组织开发了我国第一个在线、公益性生态系统服务评估平台(城市生态智慧管理系统,IUEMS)。以此为基础,为北京、深圳、广州、丽水、东营、南昌、普洱、齐齐哈尔等地政府部门提供GEP核算的制度化、智能化解决方案。

Dr. Baolong Han, Associate Research Fellow at the State Key Laboratory of Urban and Regional Ecology, Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and Deputy Secretary-General of the Ecological Society of China. Urban Program Director (CAS Group) in Natural Capital Alliance. He has long been engaged in research on urban ecological management, focusing on the assessment and enhancement of ecosystem service value. His work includes urban ecological spatial planning and research on urban ecological protection and restoration technologies. He is the second lead author for both Beijing's and Shenzhen's local Gross Ecosystem Product (GEP) standards. As the executive lead, he organized the development of China's first online, public-interest ecosystem service assessment platform (Inteligent Urban Eco-Management System, IUEMS). Based on this, he provides institutionalized and intelligent solutions for GEP accounting to government departments in cities such as Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Lishui, Dongying, Nanchang, Pu'er, and Qiqihar.
